I understand that with recurring appointments the client will only pay for one of the series when booking. I understand that the reason for this is that there is no shopping cart in the code. That makes it not very useable for me.  I have tried it, thinking that I would just invoice the rest of the services but that is also problematic.  The code shows all appointments as Paid.  However only one is paid for really.  The rest should show up as Pending payment.  This would help me with tracking who needs to be invoiced.  I understand that making a shopping cart is a big project and may not happen for a long time.  But could it be possible to make all subsequent appointments in the array of recurring appointments pending.  That seems to be a simple coding task.

    Hello Craig,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

As for the recurring appointment, you have two options. Your customers can pay for all appointments at once or just for the first one.

You can also set the default status of the appointment to pending and approve only one payment at a time.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,
