I have assigned working hours for my employees but when trying to create an appointment using the backend admin dashboard, it seems that i can make the appointment ignoring (or partially ignoring) their working hours.
For instance, an employee of mine is available for work from 08:30 - 20:00 and my business hours are from 07:30 - 20:00 the relevant service has a duration of 4:30 and needs 30 minutes preparation in the beginning and 30 minutes brake afterwards. This setup gives me 2 slots : 9:00 - 13:30 and 14:30 - 19:00. But when I get to arrange an appointment from the backend, the available times are 00:30, 06:00, 11:30, 17:00 and 22:30. So, when I choose 06:00 (my employee starts at 08:30) he should handle the 1st slot (09:00 - 13:00) and not being available for anything else. Instead what happens is that the two slots are replaced by a single slot of 11:30 - 16:00 which is wrong and can't be served.
Kindly note that it is very important to be able to arrange appointments from the backend (for instance appointments by phone calls..)
Most likely in your backend option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" is enabled (Amelia - Settings - Role Settings - Admin), since you have this option enabled, you can book at any time (working hours, special days, and days off for all employees will be ignored).
For everyone else, besides admin, it looks the way you set it up.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
