When we put our own HTML in the Notifications HTML, it does not seem to save it properly, or remain saved. If we go in to make an edit, it reverts back to formatting that's not correct.
It's very basic HTML, but it doesn't stay intact. We need to be able to lock-down our HTML email designs.

Seems very unstable or there's a bug.
