Hi, I have the paid version of Amelia and recently my customers SMS notification hasn't been being sent but the employee SMS aren't experiencing any troubles.
When viewing my SMS history it showed all the employees notifications and a few pending and canceled notifications being sent to the customers but no Approved or Reminder notification has been sent ( the boxes for those notification are enabled) now the only SMS notifications that are being sent out are going to employees.
I tried running a test SMS and it didn't go through successfully.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
