Hi there, I have some questions regarding 'Packages of Services' (as I have unfortunately just lost a job due to not being able to do something with Amelia which I originally thought was possible when quoting for the job):
- I now know that packages are not available for events (and only for appointment style bookings). Please can you tell me if you intend to add this functionality to events? And if so, when will this be please?
- Please can you add more flexibility to Package terms, for example:
I had a client that ran boxing classes and so they wanted to be able to offer a package, as follows:
Package 1 = Monthly pass to 'Advanced Boxing' class, which gives unlimited access to classes within a 30 day period
Package 2 = 4 Class pass - this would give access to 4 classes of any kind (beginner, intermediate, advanced), within a set time period (1 month for example)
These options are not possible using the current packages options. Please consider adding them.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Currently, we are working on redesigning Amelia completely and implementing some new futures and we are focused on that, and for events in packages we do not have any information if it will be implemented. I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
As for packages, we have recently improved the option for packages where you can set the Total Number of Appointments that exist in the package, and in that way, customers can choose how many appointments they will book for which service.
For any else that you would like to see as improvement in Amelia olease a feature suggestion on this page.
