On 25 of July at 1pm, I upgraded the server (CPU/RAM). And from this upgrade, I have no new complaint. Is it possible this capacity issue could be the root cause?

Some of my salon clients receive an email confirmation with the appointment time but not the day of the booking.
They arrive at the salon confident that they have an appointment. But we can't find them in the schedule.
Do you have any idea what is causing this problem?

Yes, i agree with you. It is possible that something regarding that capacity was the issue;
but i am very happy to see that you don't have any further issues reported for now
