I would like to disable the ability to cancel a package after it is purchased but I can't find the setting for that. Currently, a "Cancel" button appears with packages on the Customer Panel.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. The only option that can be disbled is reschedule option. Customers need to have an option for canceling and it can not be disabled.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
