In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
I am using amelia's appointment and tried to change the sequence of service, employee, and location as, Employee->Service->Location. This is working in form 1.0 but not able to find the in Form 2.0.
Secondly, I am not willing to show the service changes while booking an appointment, I have made the service cost as 0. This is working in form 1.0 but showing as $0 in Form 2.0.
Pls guide.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

You should be able to change the order of the steps , in Amelia Customise / select new form / Steps/
and find "Field order".
There you can set Employee > Service > Location.

For the zero price, that is strange.
If i set zero price on my Test Site, the Form 2 should automatically hide it :

Can we take a look at your setup, perhaps i missed a detail somewhere in my settings, i can compare to yours and see where the issue might be?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
