The 403 Forbidden Error happens when the web page (or another resource) that you’re trying to open in your web browser is a resource that you’re not allowed to access. It’s called a 403 error because that’s the HTTP status code that the webserver uses to describe that kind of error.
You usually get this error for one of two reasons. The first is that the owners of the webserver have properly set up access permissions and that you’re really not allowed access to the resource. The second reason is that the owners of the webserver have improperly set up permissions and you’re getting denied access when you really shouldn’t be.
You need to contact your hosting provider because you have an issue with your permissions.
If this does not solve the issue, we can take a remote look for you.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You are correct, my apologies - if the Maps API is loading correctly on the back-end for Locations Edit interface - Then this is another issue.
I never saw an error like this, to be honest with you , but i will urgently escalate it to our 2nd level Team, and they will do their best to help me get to the root of this issue for you.

I tried to access the WP-Admin, but I don't have access to the [email protected] email - it is asking for an Auth code .
My senior colleagues have the access, so they will authorise us first thing tomorrow, they are out of Office right now. I will report back right away as soon as they advise me.
Sorry for all the waiting time, i got advised by the senior Team.
Something is blocking the access from the server/ or in other words, some kind of security is throwing the "Forbidden" error for us.
The only thing we can say to start with is, it is not coming from Amelia.
If you wish , you could first reach out to your hosting provider, and see if they can help isolate what might be causing this "block" behaviour.
If they can't help, you can set up a staging/test version of your site, and our devs can try to resolve the issue.
In case if that happens,
would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
If you send any credentials or cloned site, just make sure to mark the reply as Private, so that nobody can see that but us.
Console Errors when working with Locations: See attached:
What is causing these errors? In Chrome and Safari?
Please advise.
Hi, Basil
