Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Firstly my sincerest apologies for the waiting time.
I have finally isolated the issue for you.
It is the PHP Memory limit set on your server - the site has started to use more resources, and now you have to increase this.
Here is the error :
This means that your site was already using all the memory, and Amelia tried to allocate 20,480 Bytes additionally, but it is not possible, the limit is reached.
20,480 Bytes is around 0.2 MegaBytes.

Here is the Health Check, if we go to WordPress / Tools/ Health, and if we check Info/ Server/
we can see the current PHP Memory Limit is set to only 128 MB.
Please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them to increase the PHP Memory limit to 512 MB, and this should resolve the issue.
If you wish to be super safe for the future, you can even to go 1 GB of allowed PHP Memory for your site.
When I try to select a service it just keeps spinning and won't move forward to the next option.
Hi, JD
Sorry for the delay
