    Hi all,

I am preparing a website for a client and am in the stages of testing WP Amelia plug-in for them.

The problem is: even though I have configured the notifications to my company Gmail account, I am not receiving any of these booking confirmation emails. I have configured the SMTP settings and have set up App passwords on Google, but still haven't received anything. Nor do they appear in my Spam folder.

When I test out the bookings on my other work email, from the customer side, I do receive these emails (but not on the company side). So the plugin appears to work on the customer-end at least. But I have no way of keeping track of my bookings through the company email

Let me know how this could be helped. I am happy to grant temporary admin access for this problem.

    Thanks!

    Hello Jasper,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
    3. The credentials are not correct.
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
    5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.

    Kind Regards,
