The "add to calendar" page does not show that text when the customer is booking an appointment that was previously (but cancelled) booked.
Here you can see (In this case I already cancel both appointments). When I booked the last one and paid it completly. The "add to calendar page" didn't show any text.
Nono. I disable that because I don't need my customers to add the appointment to their calendar.
I just need the "thank you" page as you can see in the photo I sent (I called "add to calendar" page but I think It can be also called the "thank you" page), but with the text "Thank you! Your booking is completed." (I translated it as you can see).
The problem is that the text is not always showing as I previously mention. I think It happens when a second customer pays the appointment that a first customer was cancelled for not paying (or another reason).
I'm gonna show you. (I completly blur the checkout page.)
The video "first-customer" is the first customer paying for the appointment. And you can see at the end the text "Thank you! your appointment is completed and now is pending for confirmation" (but in spanish). Now. That order is gonna be canceled cause the payment never was confirmed cause the customer never did it.
Here you can see that the appointment was canceled. Now the second customer, realizing now that time is available again, proceed to buy it.
The second customer follows the exactly same steps that the first customer. But at the end there's no text.
Here a look at the backend of the appointments. The first one (the already canceled) is rejected. Ant the second one is pending.
I think now I explained myself better 😂. Too much effort but I hope is worth it.

And we can correctly see the service on the page, to start with.

Regarding this one, i can tell you, our QA testers have indeed replicated this issue on our Developer Testing Site; when the appointment is cancelled, and someone books the same time slot again; the text disappears from the Congrats screen.
So we flagged it as a bug officialy.
Our developers should be able to make a fix for it soon, but i can't say an exact ETA on it.
It should be fixed in one of the next updates.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

If we understand correctly, the issue is that you do not see the add to calendar option?
You need to enable that option in Amelia/settings/general settings like this
