When a customer books an appointment (on-hold status with woocommerce) and then the admin cancel it (because the payment wasn't received), the customer receives an email saying that its appointment was reject (I have it set it up like that) and still shows in the appointment page.
And that's not a problem.
The problem is that when another customer pays for the appointment (the same date that the previous customer) and gets the completed status from woocommerce. The previous customer receive (again) and email saying that its appointment was rejected.
Also, when a appointment gets rejected. The employee receives an email saying that the appointment was rescheduled. When it wasn't. It was cancelled/rejected. It gets two email. The cancelled one, and the rescheduled one.
We can confirm that we definitely isolated a bug that is causing the issues you have for both notifications and the status changes between Amelia and WooCommerce.
As we mentioned on your other ticket, our developers are on the case, they will do their best to make a fix as soon as possible.
It should be included in one of the future updates.
In case if they find a fix in between updates, we will make sure to contact you and to send you the fix right away.
