Two of our staff members share one room. Is there a way to account for that in Amelia's booking app that will take into account not only each staff member's schedule but also whether or not the room is booked?
The only option would be to connect both of the employees to the same Google Calendar and then when one employee has an appointment booked at a certain time slot, the same time slot will be blocked for the other employee.
Hope this helps you.
Please reach out to us with an update on whether it works or not.
This does not seem like a viable solution. Its fine if we are just tracking the room, but it doesn't account for the individual schedules. Is there a way to connect more than one calendar to a staff member so that the availability checks both the room and the staff member's availability. For instance Sue and Cara both use room 1. Can a service be connected to both room 1 and Sue's calendars and then Room 1 and Cara's calendars so that whne booking happens availability is only shown for sue if both the room 1 calendar and Sue's calendar have an open spot?
We have a plan to add the capacity per location feature, but there is no ETA at the moment. Once that is implemented, it will be greater for your situation.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
