I need to be able to manually credit a customer with a purchase made on site or through another platform, but so they have the credits to book the classes through Amelia. How do I do this? Alternatively how do I create an appointment for a customer beyond one? I can create an appointment maanually but not 24 of them...
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We do not have "that type of credit option". An appointment in Amelia can be free or they can be paid with one of the payment getaways that we have integrated with Amelia.
When you create an appointment and set the date and time, the option to repeat this appointment will appear.
This is a recurring appointment option that you have to enable for a specific service and after that, you will be able to create a recurring appointment from the back.
Thank you for that explanation and screenshots. I think that will be an acceptable workaround for now, but it would be great if you could have a way of crediting customers accounts in the future.
They will do their best to develop a solution to achieve what you described here, we will do our best for it to be as soon as possible, but we don't have an ETA on it.
For the time being, we can only use a workaround.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

Hello Erin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Hope this helps.
