Hi,
The login page on the customer panel is not working and not sending notification emails or reset password links even when it says it is. Test emails do work from the notifications tab. This makes it so that no one can access the customer panel since they do not receive login information without resetting the password.
Also, when booking the time zone says it's my local time zone (Denver) but the times shown on the booking page are not the local time zone. On the purchase page it shows the local time zone but it is very confusing when booking to see hours in the early AM when they are working hours locally.

In order to send the "Customer Panel Access" link you need to have the "Customer Panel Access" email notification enabled:
We haven't found a way to access a booking page on your site. When we go to Book Now, it takes us to another page, which then takes us to another page, and so on. Can you please share the URL of the booking page with us, so we can see what times are displayed for us?
We're in CEST, so there should be a significant time difference, if you enabled the "Show booking slots in client time zone" option in General Settings.

Hi, both of those notifications were enabled. Also, with the time zone, it should never be different because I'm the one testing the page so the comment about you being in a different time zone is irrelevant. Please see the screenshots attached. It was one time when choosing the appointment (very different) and another after booking. It should always show in the client's time zone.
As far as the booking page not working, there is an issue with the Amelia plugin then causing the redirect. It was working when I submitted the ticket.

Without accessing your website, I can only tell you what needs to be enabled for the email to be sent to the customer. I'm glad to see the "Customer Panel Access" template is enabled, thank you for that.
Time Zones with Amelia
The time zone is set to America/Denver in the screenshot you sent us, so I assume you're not seeing the Work Hours you configured in Amelia, and that's why you believe the time zone is incorrect? Please explain in more detail if this is not the case.
You may have the "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" enabled in Settings/Roles/Admin, and that shows 24/7 availability. Check the booking form using an incognito window.

After reviewing the video, can you please tell us where the booking page is, so we can actually see the behavior?
Also, if you're unable to get Amelia up and running, please provide me with a brief screen recording, showing what issues you're facing exactly, and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
