I'm curious if there can be multiple instances of the calendar throughout the site. Practitioners offer Classes, appointments, and events.
One of our events, The community Reiki Day allows for several practitioners to take clients 1 every 30 minutes throughout a time period (from 3pm to 8pm) on only one specific day, like a class, but we want people to be able to book a time slot, like an appointment. We would love potential attendees to be able to choose the time of their appointment and have it be assigned to any of the available practitioners randomly, or if they like they can choose a practitioner. But we only want this event to show up for booking once a month, while all the other events are available throughout. I'd love to have a single calendar on the Community Reiki Day page that only shows that one day. It doesn't even have to be a calendar actually just that one event, but then multiple time slots for multiple staff members/practitioners but we would also need a regular booking page for regular classes and services.
For other events (classes) we'd like them to choose the class and just sign up until the class is filled at a capped number of people, and lastly appointments where they select the service and the practitioner and then dates and times that practitioner is available.
I hope that is clear. We are currently accomplishing this using Calendly Teams but I would like to find a solution that I can build into new Reiki Websites (I am also a web designer in addition to a Reiki practitioner) that won't require clients to pay a monthly fee. They would just have the booking service built in. I'm truly hoping this helps.
Lastly, another website developer I know who also uses wordpress with Divi moved away from your platform because it kept failing and messing with her sites. How does Amelia work with Divi? Are there any known issues? Or other plugins that are known to be incompatible with Amelia booking?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Hello Karisa,
Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin.
If I understood your query, properly, do you want a certain event/service to only be displayed for booking on a certain day?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

Yes. It looks like I can set it up as a service. Can I set that service to only be available during a specific date and time?
Hello Karisa,
Thank you for clearing that up.
