I am sorry to disappoint you, but at this time we are not able to view this from the Customer record, as you described, with any of our built-in features.

But we will do our best to create a solution for it as soon as possible.

 to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

I will double-check if our developers have any kind of a workaround to achieve this currently - i will come back to confirm this for you, just to be sure.

I've been advised on this.

- At this time, we don't have any workaround  to achieve viewing this data from the Customer record directly.

The only way to see this would be  in  Amelia/Services/Packages/Manage packages  page.

We will do our best to develop a solution for what you need, as soon as possible, though.
