We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Please note that the official support language is English, and we have to use Google Translator to try and understand other languages. Since a lot can be lost in translation, we apologize in advance if we misunderstood some segments of your message, and we also ask you to please translate your future messages to English.

There is no need to translate Amelia to see it in your own language. Amelia inherits the language from WordPress and if you set your WordPress to be in French, for example, in that case, Amelia will be automatically translated into French.
Adding a language in Amelia has a second language function if your site is multilingual, for example.

J'ai une autre problématique,
1. Après l'achat d'un service, l'extension charge (comme vous pouvez le voir ci-joint) et ne me redirige pas vers la page "ajouter au calendrier"
2. Je ne reçois aucune notification, alors que j'ai bien configuré grâce à cette documentation : https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/180
J'ai fait une demande de remboursement, cependant je suis prête à continuer si vous m'aidez au plus vite sur ces deux points.
