We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
1 person company (and email) that has 5 different location venues where I can make appointments for the same timeslots. I myself don't have to be at the venue/location, the appointment is not with me personally as much as it is with the venue/location. Should I treat/recognize each location/venue as an employee? If so will it need it's own email address within Amelia to work? Can appointments be made for different services, at the same time, from the same 1 person? Of so, how to set up? What/how is the easiest/simplest way to get this to work for me? I just need your advisory on the framework to structure/go with - thanks in advance!
Hello Lance,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Apologies for the additional questions, can you please elaborate on the scenario that you are trying to set for your website?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

Thanks for the response. Specifically, a 1 person business operates multiple venues that people rent out. They might rent for 30 minutes or 2 hours. So a single venue can have several appointments during the course of a day. The 1 person business has 5 of these different venues. The 1 person does not have to be physically at any of the venues. Hence the 1 person can accept appointments at the same time at different venues, but not the same venue.
I thought Amelia might works best if each venue was treated like an employee offering a service. I am guessing that would mean each venue would need its own email address I suppose - but perhaps I am wrong. What would be the best way to structure / set up Amelia for this? For 1 person to accept appointments for different services as the different venues.
Lance
Hello Lance,
Thank you for clearing that up.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for one employee to have more than one appointment at a time, thus you would need to create one employee for different services and the employee in this case would serve as a venue.
Hope this helps you.
Please reach out to us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
