The New Form is based on Vue 3 Framework; whereas the old form was working on Vue 2 Framework.
The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out).
They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
Let us know how it goes, please, that should resolve the issue.
I have already deactivated the function: "Empty/delete Cache"
Now, I wonder what I should do... As the Amelia booking form 1.0 loads without problems, and the Amelia booking form 2.0 cannot be seen by the user in the frontend.
I reached out to our senior 2nd level Team again for help - i hope that they will be able to give us advise on what we can try next to troubleshoot this further.
Can you tell me, did you maybe place the New Form and the Old Form together on same page?
If you did that, we currently have issues when we combine the New Form with any other old forms.
-
Can you confirm on which page you placed the new Step Form - and please make sure to not combine it with any Old Forms, ( Catalogue, Event, or old StepByStep) on same page?
Thank you
-
We might also need your WP-Admin credentials, just to make a draft Test page, if you don't mind?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I was contacted by my colleagues and this seems to be just a simple caching issue. You only need to do "Purge All cache" if you haven't already. We think that this should solve the issue. They just tested it several times on several different sites and just "Purge the page with LSCache" for example and on that test page, the form appeared immediately.
So when you change something in the future, you always need to purge the cache and that's all. When you have a cache_ing plugin and when you add new pages and shortcodes, you need to purge the cache.
Hope this helps. In case it doesn't we would need for you to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
Was this ever resolved? I'm having the same issue.
I've tried everything and the form still isn't showing up. It works in Elementor preview but as soon as I remove the preview snippet from the URL the form dissapears, even while logged in as admin.
I found your ticket - it seems you might be having a different issue.
On this ticket, it was some sort of a conflict - because when we disabled all other Plugins, then the Form was loading for logged and non-logged Users.
-
In the meantime, we have sent a couple of private messages with Sebastian, that is why you don't see them.
This specific issue was some kind of a conflict.
I did a test where I disabled all other Plugins on Site and just left Amelia active.
In that case, the Booking Form loaded without any issue.
So I was able to see the Form as a logged Administrator and also when i visit the Page as incognito mode ( non logged user).
That proved the issue was a conflict - between Amelia and something else on the site/another Plugin
We asked Sebastian to do our standard process of elimination to determine/isolate which Plugin has the conflict that prevents our Form to load for non-logged Users, but there was no reply after that, so we can not say what happened.
-
I can see your ticket, that is not exactly the same issue, because on your ticket you said when you disabled all other Plugins, the Form is still not loading for non-logged Users, but it loads when you are logged as Admin, right?
That proves the issue does not come from Amelia itself on its own but something on Site is preventing non-logged users from seeing the Form.
We will certainly respond to your ticket right away and going to keep following up there, to advise you as much as we can to isolate the issue.
Hello Amelia-Team,
I have configured the Amelia Booking Form 2.0 in the Dashboard. It is correctly displayed on the website, when I am looged in as an Admin.
Nevertheless, other people or I do not see the Booking Form in the Frontend, when the webiste is visited as a regular user.
How can I fix this problem?
My website uses the theme "Astra".
"Site Kit by Google" and "Booking Calendar" is already deactivated. Below you can find a list of Plugins my website uses:
- Site Kit by Google (deactivated)
- Booking Calendar (deactivated)
- Coming Soon Page, Maintenance Mode, Landing Pages & WordPress Website Builder by SeedProd
- Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA
- Easy Google Fonts
- Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
- Jetpack
- Limit Login Attempts Reloaded
- Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress
- Really Simple SSL
- Robo Gallery
- Smash Balloon Instagram Feed
- Starter Templates
- Ultimate Blocks
- UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore
- WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)
- WP Rocket
- WPForms Lite
- Yoast Duplicate Post
I would be thankful, if you could support.
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Hello Miloš,
I have contacted my hosting provider. They checked whether there are blocks in place.
Answer: no blocking takes place
Then, the customer support from the hosting provider told me the following:
___________________________________________________________________________________
"When accessing the site, it can be seen that 2 Ressources can not be loaded:
It seems that the 2 files are not contained in the cache."
_________________________________________________________
I have already deactivated the function: "Empty/delete Cache"
Now, I wonder what I should do... As the Amelia booking form 1.0 loads without problems, and the Amelia booking form 2.0 cannot be seen by the user in the frontend.
Do you have an idea/suggestion?

Sebastian

Hi, Sebastian
My sincere apologies - i forgot to ask you on which page did you place the New Step Form exactly?
I found this page here, and i see the old form : https://robby-sails.com/buchung/?cn-reloaded=1
I see the JS errors in the console for Vue 3;
Can you tell me, did you maybe place the New Form and the Old Form together on same page?
If you did that, we currently have issues when we combine the New Form with any other old forms.

Hi, Sebastian
Sorry for the delay
Since you already asked your hosting, and they didn't provide a solution;
but they indicate it might be a cache issue;
can you try to purge all cache of the site and server, see if that helps?
You can try like this :
Deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again.
You can clear cache with the plugin such as "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
-
If that does not help, please provide us with temporary Admin credentials, and we can inspect further.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Sebastian
And i forgot to add, a senior colleague advised that this might be a security issue linked specifically to security for Vue 3 JS framework.
If your hosting can check is there anything regarding that - but we will still take a look for you, we will do our best to help from our end.
Thank you

Hello Miloš,
I already cleared all the cache using WP Rocket. It did not make a difference.
I will deactivate Amelia, clear cache again, and then activate Amelia again.
BUT - will I lose my Amelia configurations ( I have already set up the booking forms) when I deactivate Amelia?
Kind regards,
Sebastian
Hello Sebastian,
You will not lose any content in Amelia if this option Delete Amelia content is disabled in Amelia/activation settings
Let us know how it went.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello again,
