Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you for the credentials, but unfortunately, these are Amelia Manager credentials, so we can't see the settings:

However, I created a new employee and tried to log in, but this is the error I received:

This is caused by a conflict with the "Google Listings and Ads" plugin. Please disable that plugin and you should have no more issues. Our developers fixed the issue with it, and it will be included in our next update (which should roll out today), so when you see the update, update the plugin to the new version, and after that you will be able to enable both plugins and use them normally.

You can also delete the new employee I created.

The login works now, David, but there seems to be no need for me to log in anymore, since I see you disabled the Google Listings and Ads plugin, and you shouldn't be having these issues anymore.

our developers released a fix to the conflict with Google Listings and Ads;

If you update the plugin to the latest version 5.1  , you should be able to use both plugins combined again without issues.
