In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there,
I'm having an issue doing block bookings from the back-end. I'm pretty sure I always used to be able to do this an as an admin user and book anything I wanted outside of the public settings.
For example, the public can only book a football pitch 8 days ahead, but we have group bookings that need to be booked in bulk, and the only way I seem to be able to do that is to change the "book in advance" setting to 200 days, do my bookings, then turn it back to 8 days again.
I was under the impression that admin users could book whatever they wanted.
Any ideas?

Hello Simon, we have a similar issue, I just posted a ticket as well. We also used to be able to do this without any problems, but yesterday we encountered this issue too.
Maybe something has changed recently although I cannot find an explanation in the changelog.
