I have clients where the booking gets cancelled automatically, within about 1 minute of them booking a meeting.

The only thing the clients this happens to have different from most others, for whom this works correctly, is their email address.

One ends with @visagesregionaux.com , the other with @usherbrooke.ca .

Is there some sort of spam filter that judges these emails address to be from a spam bot, and auto cancels their booking? If not, what else could be causing this?

Yes as I wrote and made clear in earlier tickets, the issue is only for these customers, that have specific email addresses endings.

All the other customers, it works perfectly well, just like in your video.

As I already wrote, it works for most users, but for these two with these email addresses, it gets automatically cancelled.

One ends with @visagesregionaux.com , the other with @usherbrooke.ca .

To be extra clear, it works fine for people with email addresses ending with @gmail, @outlook, @yahoo, @hotmail, and so on.

My issue and what I would like help with, is why for the specific @custom addresses above, it's not working (it gets automatically cancelled, within 1 minute of booking).

Thank you greatly. I was able to fix the problem.

It looks like the culprit was the Microsoft 365 email anti virus check, indeed. Both the problematic email addresses used it.

I removed the cancel link from the confirmation email, now it's fine.
