I've installed the plugin and link with woocomerce, but It's not working properly. I receive a message saying that "you have already booked this appointment" which is not the case for that date and time. The payment is not working. I see the booking but the customer don't see the thanks page and they are not receiving the Mail to modify the booking later.
If Amelia is not warrant with presence theme, I'd like to uninstall it and ask for the refund.
We never had an issue like this reported before, to be honest with you.
If i understand correctly, when a customer tries to book an appointment from the front-end,
for them it says that that time slot is already booked by them; and it looks as if it does not complete the booking;
does not go to the Thank you Page;
but on your end, you can see the appointment actually gets booked in the back-end on the Appointment list, right?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
