[ameliastepbooking] not displaying correctly. All of the other types are showing except the one I really need. I need the form to display categories then services and then the calendar.

Hello Mike,

I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue looks exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?

Also please make sure that the old step-by-step version is not on the same page as the new one because they cannot work properly on the same page.
