They can find their purchase code in our store on their profile. They only need to enter the email used when purchasing the license and the password. 

In case they don't know the password, they can just click on forgot password and the reset link will be sent to that email.

If they don't have any of that information, we'll need some kind of proof of purchase to be able to help them.
