We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello Team Amelia,

I'm contacting you because we have a small malfunction after the last update (which I made late) and I can't find the cause.

After entering the customer's data and clicking on the continue button, the registration for an event remains stuck on the hourglass. See w8.png in attachement.

The customers don't receive an confirmation email of their registration.

But on the Admin side/backend, the registration of the client for the event works perfectly. This registers fine in the database.

If the customer refreshes the stucked registration page, the event registration counter is indeed incremented by one.

May I provide you with something more to help guide me towards a solution please?

I thank you in advance for your help.

    Kind Regards,

    Pawel D.

    Hello Pawel,

We found what was causing your issue. We have a conflict with google-listings-and-ads and that's why you have this issue.

We are working on it and it should be resolved with today's update that should be released.

In the meantime please disable this plugin if you can so that Amelia can work properly.

After the update please purge the cache from the entire site and browser and after that everything should be fine.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]

OK thanks, i'm looking forward to the update.

Indeed, disabling the Google plugin gets around the problem.

    Thanks :)
