The devs advised.

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any kind of a "log" to catch when a hook was not sent.

We will work on improving this as soon as possible.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, 

 to see if someone may be already suggested this as an improvement.

 If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

At this time, our devs can only try to help you troubleshoot this -  but if we understood correctly, the issue is intermittent, if some hooks go through, but some don't ?

If that's the case, that might be very tricky to replicate.
