As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround.

We have a feature to send all notifications to additional addresses.

In Amelia settings > Notifications, you can find this.

This option allows you to set multiple additional addresses that will receive all notifications that you have enabled on the Notifications page.

 If, for example, you want the admin and/or manager to receive all emails about appointments, just write their email addresses here and all email notifications that will be sent to employees and customers will be sent to these email addresses as well. Once you fill in the first address press enter and the first address will be saved so you can add then the second one press enter, etc.

But this is for sending all the notifications;   i am not sure if we have a feature to only set to receive all the employees notifications to additional email.

We have a workaround to connect all employees to same Email account, if that might help - but I'm not sure if you want this,  

or to have employees their own email + but additionally to send to another email?

In case if you want all employees using same Email, here is a workaround for Gmail and Outlook,

You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.
