I am unable to replicate this issue on my local Test site.

For me it is not letting customers go ahead, if they don't upload anything in this field

Can i investigate your site, and try to isolate the issue for you, please?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And also please send me a link where i can see this Event Booking on a page.

Yes, i can confirm the issue is still present - just did some testing on your site...

With a new Custom Field, and new Event.   But i can't replicate the issue on our Demo, and on my Test Site, this is very strange.

I will get some help from our 2nd level Team once again - we will do our best to resolve this for you as quick as possible.

Sorry for all the waiting time, i just wanted to be sure of the status of this bug with our developers.

I can confirm they are still working on it - it was odd since it was fixed only for some sites, but certain sites still have the issue.

They should be able to implement a permanent fix for everyone in the next Update.

I am not able to promise it with 100% certainty, but they are doing their absolute best.

When the next update rolls out, please update Amelia,  and let me know if you still notice the attachment field not acting as mandatory.
