We have multiple employees who service multiple large areas in Australia. It was difficult to do in the old system. It looks like we can maybe do it now in the new upgrade. Can you confirm I can create locations that are post codes only(we go to peoples house not our own venue) then we can assign those locations to the employees who can then submit their availability.
It would then on the new front page they select the service, then the location (which shall appear as a list of postcodes that can be searched by text) and this shall provide all providers in that area. we can remove selecting the employee I believe?
I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in answering your request, we are trying to resolve all requests as soon as possible.

We apologize for that, the ticket closes by itself after a few days, that's how this platform works. You can try to achieve this with Amelia in the following way.
You can create locations that will be named after ZIP codes. Then assign each employee a location as default and when the customer chooses a location, time slots will be offered to them (since you want to hide the employee, you would skip that step through customize - by hiding the option to select employees, and then it would already be automatically assigned to employee who covers that location).
Amelia does not have the ability to recognize the postcode itself as a location, but it can work as a fixed (undefined) location.
There is no other way at the moment. Hope this helps.

Would this work?
