We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
Im using the integration of Woocommerce with Amelia and as far I know the appointment status should be synchronized with order status of Woocommerce.
It's not working for me or maybe I have wrong set up.
Can you help me?
Thanks
Hi, Juan
Sorry for the delay
You can choose which appointment, event, and package status in Amelia will match which order status in WooCommerce. When you change the order status in WooCommerce it will automatically be changed in Amelia. By default, you have three rules for status correlation, “On-hold”, “Processing” and “Completed”, but by clicking on the “Add rule” you can create more correlation between Amelia and WooCommerce statuses.
Please check if you followed the instructions from this page on how to connect statues.
Let me know if the issue is still not resolved after that. Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Milos
I think I managed to set it up correctly but now the problem is that when order in Woocommerce is completed, the appointment get approved but the customer is not getting notification.
When customer purchases a package where 1 appointment is required; the customer is receiving the package purchase notification but customer is not receiving the approval appointment notification. The apointment is shows as approved in the appointment Amelia System.
maybe its a problem with woocommerce payment integration or what it can be?
Hi, Juan
I will explain how it works for Package notifications.
Basically, when a customer purchases a Package, if they book some appointments during the moment of Purchase,
they will only get one notification.
If you wish, you can add the details of each appointment by adding this placeholder %package_appointments_details%
This placeholder is used to send details about appointments from the Package to customers.
You can edit the placeholder here, as i show on the screenshot.
I have set to show package appointment details placeholder , and wrapped it in a HTML paragraph,
This is an example of how it looks for my Test customer :
Let me know if that helped?
Thank you
Kind Regards,
