You can hide this through the Customize section. Go to Amelia/Customize, select the "Booking Forms 1.0" and then change the "Form" in the top left drop-down to "Event List Booking Form". Then, click on the pencil symbol, and scroll down to find the "Capacity" Visibility. Disable that, and the capacity will be hidden once you save the customization.

We would like to hide the capacity field from the events list. could not find a way to hide it.
