I created an Event called EMPOWERED SOUL EMBODIMENT COMMUNITY GATHERINGS. The id of the product is 13. I added this code: [ameliaevents event = 13] to the bottom of this page: https://lovonya.com/laura-tennyson/
I changed the time for this event, but it hasn't changed on the front end.
We can see that those events are repeated when you changed the time, you had the option to choose to change the time only for one event or for all events.
Please explain to us in more detail whether you are changing the time for all events under id 13 or only for one event on a certain day.
Please send us a short video of the entire process on the back and front so that we can better see what the current issue is.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have updated you to the latest version 5.0.2, which is now fixed and some bugs have been removed, now you just need to purge the cache from the site.
On the page you showed us, there is only a closed event that cannot be booked because it is closed.
Please send us the URL of the page where you have active events that can be booked so that we can test whether the time for active events can be changed.
The time of previous events and appointments that are in the past cannot be changed. You can change the start time for an event that is yet to take place and has not yet started.
