I would like to know how to change the visual appearance of a placeholder on emails. For the %package_appointments_details%, I would like to put each appointment on a separate line so that it's not all bunched together (right now it looks awful). Please see attached image of a test email. I'm already aware that I can change the 'DateTime' but not how to add a line break.
Is there any way to change how the placeholders are displayed? I would also like to change the wording for 'Join Zoom meeting' to 'Click here to join the zoom meeting'.
I appreciate that you are busy but I'm developing this website for a client and it's launching on Sunday. If I receive a quick response then I may consider upgrading to a Developer license and using Amelia for other client websites.
Ok so the solution to add a line break is to wrap the placeholder in <p> tags but I would still like to know if it's possible to edit the other placeholder wording.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I am happy to see that you resolved the initial issue to make line breaks in order to separate the appointment data by wrapping the placeholder in <p> tags.

I am sorry to disappoint you, at this time we are not able to change the hyperlink text for the Zoom Join URL placeholder.
I was thinking to try to make custom HTML URL with edited link text, but right now it would not work if we do that, we must not add it behind text, as it is already being forwarded as Hyperlinks.
This is a warning our devs placed at the Zoom Documentation about it :
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
