Starting July 6 when both Amelia and WooCommerce were activated it caused a critical error on my Wordpress site www.triunecanine.com. Each plugin was deactivated then tested one by one, then together. Can you please look into this and suggest a solution? We need both Amelia and WooCommerce for the site to function. Thank you.
We have WooCommerce and Amelia working together without issues on all our Testing sites,
and we also had no reports like this from users before... But maybe something specific is happening on your site.
It is possible that there is another conflict between Amelia and another plugin, while used with WooCommerce.
Can you please try these steps? ( if you already did all of this, apologies)
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?
If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for Amelia and WooCommerce, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved.
If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Please let us know if you isolate a "third plugin" that might be having a conflict with Amelia and WooCommerce combined.
If you still can't find the issue after all of this,
would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

We had another small bug, when users added metaData for WooCommerce, and the developers made another fix for that.
Try to see, if you remove any metaData for WooCommerce, if you added some placeholders or text in Description for WooCommerce in Amelia Payment settings>
and if the error goes away once you do that - it is the bug i am talking about.
The devs will most probably launch an Update with the fix - but i can send it to you.
Can you please create a new ticket from your account > then i will be able to send you the fix in a private message on your ticket?
I unfortunately have the exact same problem. It's adding everything in the basket succesfully the first time (when logged in), when I remove the apppointment from the basket and make another appointment with a different name, it crashes!
When logged out, the error occurs instantly (see attachment)
We can confirm that the issue for WooCommerce checkout/cart happens if you placed anything in the metaData details;
in Amelia settings/Payment settings/Set MetaData and Description .
The developers have made a quick fix that is working for all users that were affected so far - we just haven't launched the Update with this yet; it will most probably be included in the next Update.
At this time, you can either remove any text/placeholders that you added to the MetaData Description for WooCommerce,
or i can send you the fix - but you have to create a private ticket from your account in order to do that.

I updated Amelia to Version 5.0.2 and it still crashes the wordpress site.
