Can you please check if you have installed this WooCommerce add-on , "Google Listings and Adds"?

We currently have a conflict between Amelia and this plugin ( add-on) combined.

Our developers are intensively working on a fix, we hope they should be able to implement a fix in the next Update, but we can't guarantee it exactly regarding the ETA.

Please check if you have this plugin, then disable it,

refresh the page,  and let me know if the issue is gone after that?

If not, please try this :

Please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). 

Then reactivate only WooCommerce, without any WooCommerce add-ons.

Check if the issue is still not there.

Then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred. 

Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Please let us know if you isolate the exactl conflict that causes this.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I did initial investigation, but i can't exactly get the root of this issue...

My apologies, i accidentally activated Amelia and caused another critical error on your site, sorry about that.

We have another couple of users, who reported a similar issue, though, 

but i am not sure if it's the same. They have a conflict caused by a system plugin from their hosting.

Can you tell me please, is your hosting GoDaddy perhaps?

Do you know if they have installed a system plugin on your WordPress called MWC core , by any chance?

In any case, we will need a staging/test version of your site , or a duplicate for our developers to try to debug it.

Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

Thank you.  We will proceed to install the AIO migration plugin, and will cooperate with the developers to work on this issue.

I will keep you posted on any new information along the way, and of course, we will do our best to be as quick as possible.

I made a test booking on your site - so i can confirm it beyond a doubt.

Our developers will most probably include this fix as part of the next Update - but i will follow the situation, and i will report back once more, just to confirm that the fix will be included, then you won't have to worry about repeating this process again.
