We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Greetings!
I can't see or locate the PACKAGES button on the Services page. I can only locate ADD SERVICES.
I had originally clicked the button to 'hide' packages in:
Customize > Catalog Booking Form > Catalog > Step 2 > Package Name 1
I have turned on: package badge visibility, package price visibility and package services list visibility.
[PACKAGES ON SERVICES PAGE NOT VISIBLE]
I then turned off all plugins
[PACKAGES ON SERVICES PAGE NOT VISIBLE]
I cleared cache internally on the site
[PACKAGES ON SERVICES PAGE NOT VISIBLE]
I cleared browser cache
[PACKAGES ON SERVICES PAGE NOT VISIBLE]
Checked console for errors
[PACKAGES ON SERVICES PAGE NOT VISIBLE]
Where to go from here please?
Hello Todd,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You have a basic lifetime license. Packages of Services is the only feature that is not included in the Basic license, the rest of the features are absolutely identical.
So that is the reason why do you not have a packages of services option.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko:
That explains why I couldn't locate it then! Thanks for the reply.
As a side note, can you refer me to a page of documentation that details how I can create a few of these services that incorporate 'partial payments', such as:
Service Price = xxx.xx
1st Payment = xxx.xx
2nd Payment = xxx.xx
T H A N K S !
Hello Todd,
There is no option to pay in installments in Amelia. What we have is a deposit option and you can read more about it at the following link https://wpamelia.com/deposit-payments/.
Your customers can pay a deposit and the rest can be paid on-site or they can pay for the entire appointment at once.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
