Hi
I put in the placeholder %recurring_appointments_details% in notications for approvement of appointment for customers.
Now when I book recurring appointments:
The customer doesn't receive a mail - only I do.
Is this a bug?
Also the dates/times (in the mail to myself) are in one line. How can I put them in a separate line for each?
Thank you :)
Regards Henriette
Hello Henriette,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have just tested on several devices and we can see that we have no issue with that placeholder.
You can see that customers get recurring appointment data when they book several appointments at once.
We can not replicate the issue.
As for changing the appearance of the placeholder so that you don't see everything in one row, unfortunately, we don't have an option for that and it can't be changed at the moment.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a suggestion on this page.
Suggestions are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi there,
I believe the recurring placeholder with all in one line without any space or separator is a bug, and shouldn't be something to ask for on the feature requests.
Sending customer or employee confirmation of recurring appointments is a must have, yet currently that placeholder is useless because of it's bad formatting that confuses people..
Could you please consider sending your screenshot to the devs (it speaks by itself) to ask them to include separators, like coma-space or return in future update.. The feature is there this is such a shame!
Must neeedeed!
Thank you!

I'm posting a reply to this thread in hopes the feature request page will get more votes.
If you want the recurring appointments place holder to look professional, instead of it's current smashed-together-line, please upvote this entry:

Currently, there are only 3 votes on this. Surely there are more people out there with this issue.
