    Hi,

I want to make a booking form that is able to do these things:

    - one service

    - 5 different locations

    - (for the moment) 3 different agents who service the 5 locations

    - they do not work everyday

    - each day can be booked 3 times (the customer doesn't choose a time, only a day)

    So it looks as follows:

RegionĀ  I Agent I possible date

    Antwerpen I Gert I 20/07/2022

    Antwerpen I Mathias I 28/07/2022

    Vlaams-Brabant I Timothy I 19/07/2022

    Vlaams-Brabant I Timothy I 27/07/2022

    West-Vlaanderen I Gert I 27/07/2022

    Oost-Vlaanderen I Timothy I 26/07/2022

    Oost-Vlaanderen I Mathias I 29/07/2022

    Limburg I Mathias I 26/07/2022

The customers flow should go as follows:

    - choose region -> possible dates -> make a reservation (each day can be picked 3 times, a day before they all get their right time period)

-> the customer does not have to choose their agent. They can pick random based on availability

-> in the future we will add more agents and more dates.

    Is this possible via Amelia?

If so, how should I start?

    Thank you

    Hello Aline,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It's not possible to do it just like that. The location is linked to the employee, when the customer chooses the location, he will have an appointment with the employee who works that day at that location.

But as far as appointment time is concerned, that is not possible. Amelia is a booking plugin and in Amelia's booking form it is not possible to book only day without selecting the time for the appointment.

So they would immediately have to choose a time slot when the appointment will be held.

As for the possibility of booking 3 spots at the same time, you can achieve this in two ways.

    1. Your service can be a group appointment
    2. If your services are not group appointments, then you need to have 3 employees at each service.

So if you offer 3 free spots each in the location of North London and South London, you must have 6 employees created so that your customers can book 6 free spots.

The best way to see how Amelia works is to view and test our demos. That way you will get the clearest picture of what you can achieve with Amelia.

    Hope this helps.

If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

    Kind Regards,
