We are hosting on GoDaddy so we have to use their SMTP service. I installed the WP Mail SMTP WordPress plugin and setup the SMTP, tested and it worked. I entered the same SMTP information in Amelia and booked a service and received no email. I also tested from the notification setting screen and it did not work there either.
I deactivated the WP Mail SMTP to see if Amelia was conflicting with it but the SMTP email still did not work.
Not sure where to go from here since WP Mail SMTP works but Amelia does not.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
When you use a third party email plugin, such as WP Mail SMTP WordPress plugin,
then in Amelia settings > Notifications > You have to select WP Mail as the Email provider.
