We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear TMS team,

    i was wondering if it is possible to somehow be able to book more than one service in one "big" appointment? 

    I googled this question before and wen't through your documentation but unfortunately i did not find anything really usefull. After that i found some older(2019) public tickets where basically the same question was asked and you guys replied, that you're looking to implement this feature in the future. Also some other comment said, that it would be possible with a little work around. Time has changed and i'm really curious if this is possible now.

    Hello Richi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, that is still not possible. We try to implement features based on user requests and since then we have changed and implemented many new features and we are currently working on a completely new design for Amelia 2.0.

    For now, that feature has not been implemented and we do not know if it will be implemented in the future, we cannot promise you anything at the moment.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. 

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
