i make integration of paiment to woocomerce checkout, but when my client puy a package he get just invoice from woocommerce, but no appoinement on amelia dashboad, and no account created, so client can't get into the dashboad because he has no password and account created, even the empoyee can't get any booking information

We don't know how your customers booked, but we need a screenshot of all your settings because we really don't know how this is possible if everything is set up well.
We also need a short video of the whole process so that we can better see the whole process. Please send us a video so that we can understand better and be able to help you.
