In this url https://www.naturalzenwellness.com/cita-online/ I have the problem with Divi that when inserting the AM module catalog view and putting the category shortcode it does not show it well, this message appears... and the services and employees are well configured...
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can you make sure you have the latest Amelia version?
We had a bug for DIVI a few versions ago, and the workaround was to use the DIVI Code module, so that you can manually input the shortcode.
-
If you have latest version; then it is another issue.
For me, i can see an error 423 on the page
There is an error 423 in the console log when the page with Amelia is accessed, please look at the attachment.
This can be caused by something blocking access to Amelia - please check if this could be coming from some security that you have on the website or on your server.
If you have some plugin for security, access or maybe some optimization please deactivate it and check if the issue with Amelia is gone.
Also, please make sure to purge all cache of the site.
In case if you fix this error 423, and you still see it showing as if there is nothing assigned to the service;
Check these points :
Please check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included:
In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.
-
Additionaly, i noticed that you placed the Category name in the shortcode.
Try to remove it, and just use ID, like this :
[ameliacatalog category=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1
