In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have an appointment booked in tomorrow at 4pm and I'm trying to change it to the earlier time of 3.30pm but the system does not allow this. The 'Minimum time required before rescheduling' has been disabled and it still does not allow this change to occur.

Did you check that the earlier time of 3 : 30 PM vas available, is it possible it was already filled, or that the employee was busy with anything else at the time in their schedule?

If you are sure that the time slot should have been free,
i can investigate the issue for you,
but since the time has already passed, i am not sure - could you give me any kind of a detailed example that i can try to replicate the issue at this time ?
I will need the name of the service, the exact date and time when it starts, the name of the customer,
name of the employee doing the service;
and the date and time for the time slot you wish to change it to.

Also, if you could record a video, so that i can see the steps - Are you rescheduling from back-end, or front-end customer panel?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
