When a client books a recurring appointment does the software enable them to pay just prior to each appointment. For example, if a client wants to book the next 8 Thursdays at 10 am do they have to pay for all the appointments at once when they initially book those recurring appointments. Or can their credit card or paypal account be drawn on each week prior to their next appointment?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You have only two settings for paying recurring appointments.
The customer can pay you for all appointments at once or pay you only for the first appointment and other appointments can be paid on-site.
There is no option to subsequently show them the option to pay for a recurring appointment.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
