Hi. I set the PayPal payment moethod using the Live API credentials, but as soon as the user clicks to pay an error message appears. The PayPal window never even loads.

Hello Tainá,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
It is necessary to enable the PayPal payment method in 2 places.
First, you need to enable it in Amelia/settings/payments

and you need to enable it in services. You need to go to Amelia/services/edit service/settings/payments
Once you do that PayPal should be displayed as a method of payment for your appointments.
