Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe and WooCommerce and Razorpay.
As for video calls, you can have your appointment via Google meet or via Zoom
Regarding tickets we do not have ticket your customer can book an appointment vi services that you will create. Please take a look at our demos so that you have a better understanding how Amelia works.

hello, I want to accept payments with crypto, specifically with bitcoin.
is it possible to make the payment with amelia?
I'm sure someone already tried this before but I didn't find any information :(
What I need are two things:
1. sell video calls
2. Sell spaces (tickets) for face-to-face events.
and these two payments accept them with crypto.
