Hello my employee on his logins can see the appointments in calendar. As admin i can see all appointments but for employees there is empty, i have updated to latest version the Amelia
I will have to inspect the users of the site; perhaps there is some kind of role conflict that happened for that employee.
Can you please check if they only have Amelia employee role in WP users;
or is it possible that the employee somehow got additional Amelia roes, such as : customer role , or a manager role, or Admin mixed up?
I can certainly check this for you,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And if it's possible for you to send me login information of the employee; so that i can view the issue as logged in for the employee?
Is it happening for only one employee, or multiple?
And i forgot to say, please also check other employees - If you wish them to have back-end access to their Calendar, they should be connected to a WordPress user with same email, that has Amelia employee role,
and it should resolve the issues.
Please let me know if it is now resolved. Thank you
